Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: May 7, 2026

1. Remove a connected Threads account from Foxus

1. Go to https://www.foxus.online/login and sign in.
2. Open the Accounts page.
3. Select the connected Threads account you want to remove.
4. Click the remove button.

This removes the connected account record and encrypted token from Foxus.

2. Revoke Foxus access from Meta

You can also revoke access from your Meta account settings by reviewing connected apps and websites, selecting Foxus, and removing access. After access is revoked, Foxus will no longer be able to publish to that Threads account.

3. Request full deletion from Foxus

To request deletion of your Foxus account data, email rakacria@gmail.com from the email address used for your Foxus account with the subject "Foxus Data Deletion Request".

After verification, Foxus will delete:

• Your Foxus profile record.
• Connected Threads account records.
• Encrypted Threads access tokens.
• Saved posts, scheduled posts, and publication logs.
• Stored API error logs associated with your account.

4. Timing

Deletion requests are reviewed as soon as practical. Some limited records may be retained only if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.

5. Confirmation

Foxus will reply by email when deletion is complete or if more information is needed to verify the request.
