Terms of Service

1. Service

Foxus is a private tool for connecting Threads accounts, creating posts, publishing posts, and scheduling content through the official Threads API.

2. Eligibility and account access

You are responsible for the Foxus account you create and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may connect only Threads accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

3. User content

You are responsible for all text, media, schedules, and instructions you create in Foxus. You must ensure your content complies with applicable laws, Meta Platform Terms, Threads policies, and any other rules that apply to the connected account.

4. Meta and Threads

Foxus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta. Threads and Meta are trademarks or services of their respective owners. Access to Threads features depends on Meta API availability, app permissions, review status, rate limits, and platform rules.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Foxus to spam, impersonate others, publish unlawful content, misuse tokens, bypass Meta review requirements, or automate behavior that violates Meta or Threads policies.

6. Availability

Foxus is provided as an MVP and may change as the product evolves. Scheduled posts depend on the availability of Foxus infrastructure, Supabase, the hosting provider, and the Threads API.

7. Data deletion

You may request deletion of your Foxus data by following the Data Deletion instructions at https://www.foxus.online/data-deletion.
